摘要
目的观察旋毛虫对BALB/c小鼠体内A549瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法将实验小鼠(BALB/c)随机分为7组,每组10只,1~6组分别接种未处理或不同方法处理的旋毛虫,在不同时间段接种A549细胞。7组为不接种旋毛虫对照组。荷瘤后第30d解剖小鼠,测定小鼠体内肿瘤的体积、重量和无瘤生长小鼠比率,检测T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果未处理旋毛虫接种组,紫外线处理及60Co处理旋毛虫接种组小鼠肿瘤体积和重量均显著低于未接种对照组(P<0.01),脾脏CD3+、CD4+、CD8+百分率、CD4+/CD8+比值及无瘤生长小鼠比率显著高于未接种对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);接种前7d和接种后11d荷瘤组小鼠的肿瘤体积、重量均显著低于未接种对照组(P<0.01),脾脏CD3+、CD4+、CD8+百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值显著高于未接种对照组(P<0.05)。结论未处理旋毛虫和经不同方法处理的旋毛虫对BALB/c小鼠体内的A549肺癌细胞的生长均有抑制作用,接种11d后荷瘤组的抑瘤效果更显著。
Objective To observe the anti-tumer effect of Trichinella spirialis on A549 lung cancer cell. Methods The BALB/c mice were divided into 7 groups at random, in which there are 10 mice in each group. Group 1-6 of mice were infected with T. spirialis that attenuated by different methods and inoculated with A549 lung cancer cells in different times; Dissected the mice after 30 d, the anti-turner effects of T. spirialis was observed by determining the size and weight of turner, the number of CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ of the mice. Results The size and weight of the tumor in the mice which were infected by T. spirilas,violet attenuated T. spirilas and Co^60 attenuated T. spirilas were smaller than the control group(P〈0.01) ). The percentage of CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+ in spleen and CD4+/CD8+ and no tumor occurance ratio in three test groups were higher than the control group(P〈0.05; PM〈0.01). The anti-turner effect of the T. spirialis infected mice in different times was obviously different, the size and weight of the group inoculated the A549 lung cancer cell before the 7th day of T. spirialis infected and after 11 d of the infection with T. spirialis were smaller and lighter than the control group( P〈0. 01 ) ; The percentage of CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+ in spleen and CD4+ / CD8+ were higher than the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The results showed that T. spirialis attenuated by different methods and the non-attenuated T. spirialis inhibit the growth of A549 lung cance in vivo ; anti-turner effect in which the A549 lung cancer cell inoculated after the 11 days of T. spirialis infection was better than the ahead of 7 d.
