摘要
目的了解护理本科女生沟通能力及社会影响因素,以期为护理教育提供参考。方法对145名护理本科女生用沟通能力测量表进行调查,并用SPSS11.5统计软件包统计分析。结果护理本科女生沟通能力得分与国内常模比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.52,P=0.00),不同年级间沟通能力得分差别无统计学意义(F=0.22,P=0.64),人际沟通能力得分与年龄、母亲职业、母亲文化程度及父母亲婚姻状况有关(P≤O.05),认为对自己的沟通能力影响最大的是父母占31.03%,其次是朋友占28.27%。结论护理本科女生人际沟通能力有待提高,对其影响的社会因素是母亲职业、母亲文化程度及父母亲的婚姻状况,提示护理教育工作者采取多种措施,加强对护生沟通能力的培养。
Objective To investigate the status of interpersonal communication ability and it's social in- fluencing factors in female baccalaureate nursing students (BNFSs) in order to acquire the basis for improving nursing education. Methods 145 BNFSs were tested by Interpersonal Communication Ability Inventory (ICAI) . Results There was a significant statistic difference between the ICAI scores of BNFSs and that of the norm (t = - 3. 52, P = 0. 00) . There was no statistic difference in ICAI sore at different grades ( F = 0. 22, P = 0. 64), there were significance correlations between ICAI sore of BNFSs and the factors of age, mother's career, mother's educational level and parent's marriage (P≤0. 05) . 31.03% of BNFSs thought the influencing factor of interpersonal communication ability was their parents and 28. 27% of them thought that was their friends. Conclusion The interpersonal communication ability of BNFSs should be improved. Nursing educator should take variety measures to cultivate BNFS's communication ability.
