肝动脉化疗灌注治疗晚期肝癌患者的护理

Nursing care on patients with advanced liver cancer by hepatic arterial chemoinfusion

经皮导管肝动脉灌注化疗（介入治疗）晚期肝癌病者的护理。使用seldinger技术，经皮穿刺插管，将导管置于肝总动脉，注入化疗药物，使肝癌细胞坏死、缩小或消失。临床护士除了掌握专科护理知识外，还要掌握介入治疗和护理的新发展，从而达到满意的护理效果。

Objective To summarize the nursing on patients with advanced liver cancer by hepatic arte- rial chemoinfusion （interventional therapy） . Methods According to the technique of Seldinger, intubation to hepatic overall artery by pereutaneous puncture firstly, then to infuse the chemotherapeutic medicine to make the liver cancer cell be necrotic. Results A satisfied clinical effect can be achieved by nursing on preoperative preparation, mental care, observation on puncturing wound and vital characteristics, limiting body＇s movement, angle of turning over, complication. Conclusion The clinic nurse should master not only the professional nursing knowledge, but also the new development of interventional therapeutic nursing knowledge to expand the extent of nursing knowledge constantly.
