拉伸压力机停歇机构的优化设计及矢量三角形法

摘要 采用矢量三角形法对压力机多杆机构的位置进行了分析计算,并用统计试验法进行了优化设计。 The intermitent movement of the bottom dead certre on the drawing press can be got by means of multiple connection link by the outside slide.To reach a good intermitent performarce, the method of optimum design can be taken advantage of to determine the parametres such as rods lergth, angles and relative positions. In this article, we use the vector triangle method to do analysis and calculation and we do optimization to do analysis and calculation and we do optimization design in a empiric and statistic way to show a simple and proctical design procedure.
