摘要
以企业高层管理团队冲突为研究对象,从自组织原理的视角探讨企业高层团队冲突的内涵与特征,从耗散结构理论、突变论、协同论、混沌论等角度透析高层管理团队冲突的微观机理与效应,并提出自组织的三大原理——涨落原理、恰当原理与协同原理。
The paper focuses on the conflicts in top management teams, attempts to discuss the connotation and characteristics of conflicts in top management teams from the perspective of self-organization principle, to examine the microscopic mechanism and effects of conflicts in top management teams from the angles of dissipative structure theory,catastrophe theory,synergetic theory and Chaos theory,and finally proposes three principles of self-organization, including fluctuation principle, proper principle and synergetic principle.
