摘要
分析我国研究生培养实行单导师模式的局限性,论述了构建多导师模式的必要性,在分析现阶段多导师模式发展状况的基础上,提出了对多导师培养模式的构想及实现途径。
The tutors are very important in the course of cultivating graduate students, who are the key factor in the result of cultivating graduate students. In this paper, the necessities of multi-tutor mode has been pointed out on the analysis of single-tutor mode limitations on graduates＇ cultivating. And on the basis of viewing of the present stage of development of multi-tutor mode, a mode of multi-instructors cultivating has been classified in the view of actual situation, then the conceiving strategy has been proposed.
