大豆对外源碘吸收与积累特性的研究 被引量:8

摘要 在盆栽和大田条件下,研究了大豆对外源碘(海藻固体碘肥)吸收、积累特性。结果表明,大豆体内碘含量均随着外源碘处理浓度提高而逐渐增加,但碘在大豆植株不同器官的分配存在明显的差异,表现为根>叶>茎>荚果;随着培养时间的延长,碘在可食部位积累逐渐增加,即碘的累积量表现为老豆>嫩豆,显示出碘具有向大豆可食部位持续积累的趋势。两种试验条件下对碘的吸收与积累存在差异,土培条件下大豆对外源碘的积累效应明显强于大田。在土培条件下,高浓度的外源碘(≥100mg/kg)对大豆的生长发育表现出抑制作用,地上部的生物量显著下降,而田间试验条件下,不同外源碘添加量均未对大豆的生长产生显著的影响。 Pot experiments and field experiment were conducted to study the characteristics on absorption and accumulation of iodine by vegetable soybean. The results showed that iodine concentration in vegetable soybean increased with additional iodine. Different parts of vegetable soybean had great difference in accumulation of iodine, the distribution of iodine in vegetable was in the following order: root〉leaf〉stem〉fruit. The iodine concentration in vegetable soybean increased with extended time, the quantity of iodine accumulation was showed as: old soybean〉young soybean, which indicated that the edible part had a tendency to absorb iodine from soil persistently. Compared with pot experiments, the vegetable soybean in the field absorbed and accumulated less iodine. The growth of vegetable soybean was restrained or poisoned at higher iodine concentration(≥100mg/kg) when cultivated in pot. But the high concentration of iodine had no significant effect on the growth of vegetable soybean in the field experiments.
