摘要
石栗是一种野生的木本油料树种,对石栗籽的物化特性,石栗油的组成和性质,石栗仁的氨基酸组成进行了研究。结果表明石栗仁的粗脂肪含量高达66.22%,粗蛋白含量为21.66%,其中蛋氨酸为3.95mg/100mg,赖氨酸为2.15mg/100mg;石栗油的不饱和脂肪酸含量很高,达90.1%,其中多不饱和脂肪酸为57.8%,亚油酸含量最高为34.6%。
Aleurites moluccana is a wild oil wood. The properties of Aleurites moluccana seed, composition and characters of the oil and amino acids of the kernel were studied. The result indicated that Aleurites moluccana oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acids which reaches 90.1%, the polyunsaturated fatty acids was 57.8% and linoleic acid was 34.6%. The kernel consisted of 66.22% oil, 21.66% crude protein which contained 3.95 mg/100mg methlonine and 2.15 mg/100mg lysine.
