论警察职业化视角下的公安法学教育

On the Public Security's Jurisprudence Education from Police's Vocational Perspective

公安院校是人民公安人才的主要输送基地,是公安教育的大本营,为了更好满足社会对法制化公安队伍的现实需要,必须对公安院校的法学教学进行一些新的思考。为此,需要进一步明确公安教育人才培养目标定位,改革现行教学模式,以期进一步强化法学教育在公安教育中的基础性地位,使公安职业化更具规范性和法制化。

Public security official＇s college, being as a transferring base for the people＇s public security official＇s talented person, is the headquarters the public security official seducate. It is necessary that we should give our new consideration to jurisprudence teaching of public security college for the sake of better orientation society to legalize public security official＇s troops of realistic demands. Therefore, we have to go further and definite the education orientation of public security official＇s talented person, reform fixed teaching mode to enhance jurisprudence＇s fundamental position in the public security education work, and make vocational public security legal- ized and standardized.
