云南边境地区社会治安评价指标体系研究

The Studies of Evaluation System of Public Security in the Regions of Yunnan's Frontier

建设社会主义和谐社会对云南边境的社会治安提出了更高要求。为了准确判断和正确评价这一个地区的社会治安状况,及时发现主要治安问题,预测治安新动向和发展趋势,有必要在这一地区建立科学的社会治安评价体系。按照科学性、代表性、全面性、可行性原则的基本要求,结合云南边境地区的具体情况,主要选择五种指标从不同侧面对社会治安进行综合评价,以直观指标为基础,通过主观指标的印证、社会指标的纠偏、能动指标的引导和警务资源指标的支撑共同构成了这一地区的社会治安评价指标体系。

Public security has brought forward more demands during the construction of socialism harmonious society in Yunnan＇ s frontier. To judge and evaluate public security accurately, discovery public security problem timely, forecast new trend, it＇s necessary to construct a scientific evaluation system of public security in the area. According to the demands of the principles of scientific, representative, completeness, feasibility, by the consideration of the realities of Yunnan＇ s frontier, there are five indexes which evaluate the public security from different sides and construct the evaluation system in the area. The penetrating index is a basis, the social index corrects an error, the subjective index verifies an effect, the active index plays leading role, and the police affairs resource index props up an effect.
