在我国推行社区警务,应该从中国的实际情况出发,在我国社会治安综合治理成功经验的基础上,汲取和借鉴西方社区警务的成果,实施符合中国国情的社区警务战略,实现社会大局最大稳定、治安状况最优良、人民群众最安全、党委政府最满意、公安队伍最过硬的和谐目标。

The practical situation of China should be taken into account when implementing the community policing. Based on the success of comprehensive treatment of social security, we should also learn from experience of community policing in western countries and put it into practice, in order to maximize the social stability, optimize the social security situation, safeguard the people, satisfy the party committee and government, as well as to solidify the public security organs. Thus, the harmonious society can be seen.
