摘要
组织健康的术语早已有之,但组织健康研究是个新兴的研究课题。对国外文献进行追根溯源,根据组织健康效标的不同把组织健康研究分为三个阶段,简单来看,组织健康的内涵从单纯的财务绩效,到财务绩效和员工健康并存,再到多方利益共存。就其经济实质而言,组织健康内涵的变迁都是企业追寻经济利益最大化的体现。内在的经济要求使企业在顺应变化的社会经济环境过程中,对自身经济利益实现的方式进行有效的调整。
Organizational health is an old term, but the research on it is a new field. The paper reviews foreign literatures and divides the research of organizational health into three stages according to different criteria of organizational health, that is, from pure financial performance to the coexistence of financial performance and health of employee, then to the interests of all stakeholders. In terms ot economic essence, the connotation change of organizational health is the reflection of the pursue of profits maximization by the enterprises. Internal economic demands make enterprises ellectively adjust their methods of achieving protit maximization by tollowing the changing social and economic environment.
