摘要
目的:探讨神昌注射液对缺血再灌注脑损伤大鼠脑组织IL-6、IL-8 mRNA表达的影响。方法:MCAO法造成大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,静脉给药7次,采用荧光定量RT-PCR法测定大鼠脑组织IL-6、IL-8mRNA表达。结果:神昌注射液明显降低缺血再灌注脑损伤大鼠脑组织IL-6、IL-8mRNA表达。结论:神昌注射液抗脑缺血损伤的作用机制之一可能是通过减少IL-6和IL-8的表达、减轻其引发的一系列损伤。
Objective ：To observe effects of Shenchang injection on expression of IL -6 ,IL- 8 mRNA in MCAO Rat. Methods ：The ischemia/reperfusion cerebral injury models were made in rat by MCAO. Shenchang injection was given by iv for 7 days, then expression of IL - 6,IL - 8 mRNA were observed by RT - PCR. Results ：Shenchang injection could decrease expression of IL- 6 ,IL- 8 mRNA in MCAO Rat. Conclusion ：One of mechanism of Shenchang injection alleviating ischemia cerebral injury may be by way of deceasing expression of IL-6,IL-8 mRNA, and relieve it＇s a series of damage.
