中西医结合疗法对非小细胞肺癌患者sCD44v6的影响

The Effect on the sCD44v6 of NSCLC Patient by the Therapy of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine

目的:通过对非小细胞肺癌患者可溶性CD44V6(sCD44v6)的观察,研究中药结合化疗对该指标的作用。方法:随机分为3组:即中药加化疗的中西医结合治疗组、单纯中药对照组和单纯化疗对照组。治疗组采用中药辨证加化疗,对照组采用单纯中药或单纯化疗,化疗方案均采用NP或MVP方案。疗程2个周期。结果:sCD44v6治疗后治疗组明显降低,P<0.05。以上3组治疗后结果组间比较显示,sCD44v6水平治疗组显著低于单纯中药对照组,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗能使中晚期非小细胞肺癌血液中的sCD44v6水平下降。

Objectives ： This study explores the effect on sCD44V6 by combining Chinese drugs with chemiotherapy by observing the indexes of sCD44V6. Methods - the patients were divided into three groups at random： the treatment group treated by chemiotherapy combined with Chinese drugs, the two control groups treated respectively by Chinese drugs and chemiotherapy. The chemiotherapy regimens are NP or MVP. The course of treatment is two cycle time. Results ： The serum levels of soluble CD44V6 of the treatment group decreased significantly after therapy, P 〈 0.05. Comparison of the serum level of sCD44V6 among the three groups after therapy, the treatment group significantly lower than the Chinese drug group, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion ： The therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine can lower the level of sCD44V6 of middle and advanced stage NSCLC.
