摘要 目的:研究电针头部穴位百会和患侧曲鬓对脑梗塞患者大脑葡萄糖代谢的影响。方法:用PET观察运动状态下中风患者电针前后大脑细胞糖代谢变化。结果:电针后患者双侧第一躯体运动皮质区(MI)即中央前回(4区)、运动前区(PMC)即额中回(6区)及顶上小叶(LPs)(7区)和健侧的补充运动区(SMA)即额内侧回(6区)发生明显的葡萄糖代谢功能变化。结论:电针可以激活双侧大脑与运动相关的功能区,诱导与运动相关的神经组织兴奋,补偿或协助受损的神经网络的重建。 Objective :To investigate the effects of electroacupuneture at head points on the cerebral glucose metabolism of stroke patients. Methods : To observe the change of glucose metabolism of cerebral motor area in stroke patients between pre EA and after EA during the movement using PET. Results :The significant changes of metabolic function were exhibited in the Primary motor Area(MI) ,i. e. , the precentral gyros( the 4^th Area), Premotor Cortex( PMC), i.e. , the central frontal gyros ( the 6^th Area) ,and the superior parietal lobule( LPs, the 7^th Area) bilaterally, as well as the supplementary motor area ( SMA ) , i. e. , the medial frontal gyros ( the 6^th Area ) of healthy side after acupuncture. Conclusion :Electroacupuncture might activate the cerebral motor area bilaterally, and induce the excitation of nerve tissue connecting with motion. Acupuncture could also equalize the injury nervous network and reconstruct the its function.
