改良链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导大鼠糖尿病模型及其饲养方法 被引量:32

摘要 链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导制备糖尿病大鼠模型的方法操作简单,模型可靠、稳定,因此该种方法被广泛应用于糖尿病的基础研究中。本实验通过对正常组和模型组两组大鼠的观察,发现:造模成功的大鼠在72h内体重比造模前普遍减少,多精神萎靡,皮毛缺少光泽,色灰黄,摄食量、饮水量、尿量明显增加。尾静脉采血法测量血糖时,要注意采血部位的局部消毒。 The method of Streptozotocin (STZ) inducing diabetic rat model is simple, reliable and stable. This method is widely used in basic research of diabetes. Through observation of the experimental group and the model group found : the weight of modeling successed rats are generally less reduced than those before making model's rats in 72 hours, and spirite languish, fur lack luster, color is grey. At the same time food consumption, water intake, urine output increased significantly. When tail vein blood glucose is measured, pay attention to the local disinfection .
