眼针治疗血管性痴呆的脑电图观察

Clinical Observation of EEG on Vascular Dementia by Eye Acupuncture Treatment

目的:观察眼针、体针与思尔明(以下简称药物)对血管性痴呆(简称VD)脑电图的影响。方法:将VD患者随机分为眼针组、体针组和药物组。检测治疗前后脑电图的变化。结果:3组治疗前MMSE、ADL、BBS、神经功能缺损评分、疾病严重程度评分SI无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后眼针组、体针组、药物组α波频和波幅、θ波频均有增加(P<0.01),θ波幅减低(P<0.01),说明眼针组、体针组与药物组都可以改善VD患者的脑电图;同时在α波频和波幅、θ波频、波幅方面的效果眼针组和体针组优于药物组(P<0.05)。副反应EI评分组间对比,眼针组、体针组与药物组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:眼针、体针、思尔明对VD均有明显治疗作用;眼针、体针疗效优于思尔明,且副反应少于思尔明;眼针、体针疗效相比无特殊性差异。

Objective ： To observe the effect of EEG on vascular dementia by treatment of eye acupuncture, body acupuncture and Nicergoline tablets. Methods ： The cases were divided into eye acupuncture, body acupuncture and medicine groups randomly. The EEGwere observed before and after treatment. Results ： The MMSE, ADL, BBS, nerve function defect and disease severity scores in the three groups were no significant difference before treatment （ P 〉 0.05）. a wave frequency, a wave amplitude and θ wave frequency were increased（ P 〈 0.01）, θ wave amplitude was decreased（ P 〈 0.01） in the three groups after treatment. These results demonstrated that all the treatment could improve the EEG of vascular dementia, α, θ wave amplitude and frequency in tne eye and body acupuncture groups were improved much better than the medicine group（ P 〈0.05）. The EI scores were significant difference among the three groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： That all the treatment of eye acupuncture, body acupuncture and Nicergoline tablets can treat vascular dementia. The therapy effect in the eye and body acupuncture groups was better than medicine group, and the side - effect was less. The therapy effect in the eye and body acupuncture groups was no significant difference.
