叶下珠复方治疗肝炎的免疫作用研究

The Immune Effect of Compound Phyllanthus Treat with Chronic Hepatitis B

通过小鼠四氯化碳、D-半乳糖胺盐酸盐急性肝损伤模型、小鼠炭粒廓清实验、免疫肝损伤模型研究叶下珠复方对肝损伤的保护作用以及有关免疫药理作用,结果表明:(1)叶下珠复方有保肝降酶的作用,对慢性肝细胞损伤可起到积极的保护作用。对四氯化碳(CCL4),D-半乳糖胺盐酸盐所致的急性肝损伤以及卡介苗(BCG)和脂多糖(LPS)造成的免疫性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用,其降酶效果与阳性药物联苯双酯相当。(2)叶下珠复方对免疫系统具有调节作用,对小鼠体液免疫功能呈抑制作用,能增强小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能。叶下珠复方有一定的免疫调节作用。

The Compound Phyllanthus is a Traditional Chinese herbal combination, which consists of Phyllathu urinaria Linn （PUL） and Astragallus membranaceus （Fisch） Bge （ ALB）, etc. In order to explore and evaluate its effects on protecting hepatoeytes, decreasing aminotransferase, regulating the immune system, we carried out on experimental study on pharmacodynamics on its ingredients. The results of the experiment indicate that ： （ 1 ） Compound Phyllanthus under all the three dosages can improve acute hepatic injury caused by CCIA and GaLN - induced significantly. Compound Phyllanthus has effects on protecting hepatocytes and decreasing aminotransferase. Compound Phyllanthus also has a marked effect on the liver damage induced by BCG ＋ LPS, suppress the sGPT level and reduce BCG ＋ LPS induced liver damage. （2）. Compound Phyllanthus can modulate the immune system. It has inhibitory effect on humoml immunity and enhances the phagocytic function reticloendothelial system （RES） in mice.
