铺灸加针治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

The Clinical Observation of the Fu Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture to Cure 26 Ankylosing Spondylitis Patient

目的:观察铺灸加针对强直性脊柱炎患者的疗效。方法:将26例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组13例用铺灸加针刺疗法治疗,对照组13例以常规针刺疗法治疗。以3个月为1疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。观察:两组有效率。结果:总有效率治疗组与对照组分别为92.3%、38.5%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:铺灸加针能显著改善强直性脊柱炎患者症状,疗效较常规针刺疗法好。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Fu moxibustion combined with acupuncture to cure 26 ankylosing spondylitis patient. Methods -26 cases patients of ankylosing spondylitis divided into two groups, 13 patients matched treatment group, it was cured with Fu moxibustion combined with acupuncture, the other 13 patients matched control group,cured with acupuncture only. 3 months as one period, and to observe one periods, to observe the effect of two groups. Results ：The total effective rate of the two group, treatment group is 92.3% ,the control group is 38.5%, the contrast is very dominant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The Fu moxibustion combined with acupuncture to cure ankylosing spondylitis disease, which can obviously improve the treatment effect compared with the treatment of acupuncture only.
