摘要
在棉织物的翠蓝活性染料长车连续染色中,由于盐碱的加入,会引起染料的盐析,从而造成色点。在其染浴和固色浴中添加3%匀染剂RL,检测其对翠蓝、艳蓝染料比移值、盐析现象的影响,发现匀染剂RL可显著减少此现象的产生。
In continuous dyeing process of cotton fabric, turquoise reactive dyestuffs normally salt out to result in dyeing defects owing to the addition of salts and alkali. Effects of addition of 3% leveler RL to dyeing liquor and fixing liquor individually on rate of flow value and salting out of reactive dyes were discussed. Results showed that leveler RL could remarkably prevent precipitation of reactive dyestuffs in dye liquor and fixing bath.
