Certain problems in implementation of clean production

纺织企业在实施清洁生产时,首先必须对清洁生产有正确清晰的认识,了解清洁生产与技术改造间的差别,并进行必要的投入。目前,企业实行清洁生产,可从降低资源消耗,运用系统分析法发现问题,认真执行审核程序和注重基础建设等方面着手进行。为提高经济效益,还必须注意清洁生产工艺技术的选择和应用,包括计量系统,提高工艺成功率和废物利用率。

In order to implement clean production, textile enterprises must well know the importance of clean production, the distinguish between clean production and technology innovation, as well as the necessity of capital investment. At present stage, textile enterprises can act from reduction of resource consumption, using system analysis to find problems, correctly dealing with the auditing procedures and paying attention to infrastructure. Rational selection and application of process technology including dosing system, successful rate of process and reuse of wastes are also important for clean production.
