沿海滩涂湿地是宝贵的人类生存土地后备资源和天然的自然保护区,是生物多样性、多功能性的重要基因库,对维持区域生态平衡具有举足轻重的作用。随着滩涂的加速开发,生态恶化问题日显突出,如何在滩涂资源的开发利用中坚持尊重自然与利用自然相一致,资源开发利用与保护补偿相结合,滩涂利用中的经济价值与生态环境价值相统一就显得日益重要。

Coastal shoal is the valuable reserve resource and natural reserve of human. It is an important gene pool of biodiversity and versatility. It has great importance in maintaining regional ecological balance. With the accelerated development of the shoals, the problem of the worse ecology becomes more apparent. It becomes even more important in how to insist the identification of respecting and using nature when develop the shoal resources, combine the development and the protection of resource, identify the value of economy and ecology in developing the coastal shoals.
