摘要
借助随机过程中著名的马尔可夫链理论知识,以某地区三高校通信市场客户的转移数据为研究对象,分析了市场占有率的变化,通过实例来将马尔可夫分析法运用于决策过程,力图为通信市场分布策略研究提供一种新的思路.
Taking the data transfer of communication market customer in three local universities as the research object, the change of market share was analyzed with the help of famous Markov chain basic theory during the stochastic process. The application of Markov analytic method in the decision - making process was discussed with example to propose a newmethod for the research strategy of communication market distribution.
