农业产业化组织发展至今经历各种不同的形式,本文主要运用了新制度经济学中中间层理论和契约理论分析了现有农业产业化组织的特性,运用相应的交易费用理论以及制度演化理论分析了农业产业化组织变迁的动因,最后在总结农业产业化组织特性及变迁动因现状的基础上提出研究的发展方向。
