摘要
面对我国自然资源日益短缺和生态环境破坏的状况,报废产品的绿色回收与再利用符合循环经济发展的要求。本文在提出绿色回收定义的基础上,以报废汽车为研究对象,对回收系统的主体功能、系统要素、组织结构,以及内外环境因素等进行了分析;建立了由生产商、销售商、消费者、服务维修中心、报废回收中心等多节点集合而成的绿色回收系统结构模型;最后,提出了报废汽车绿色回收系统中回收模式决策、回收网络建模、绩效评价等需要解决的关键问题,为汽车制造企业建立回收系统提供参考。
Being confronted with the decreasingly nature resource and the entironment polluted, the green reclaiming and reuse of the discarded products accord with the circular economy development. After defining the green reclaiming, the paper regards the automobile as the research object and analyzes the main function, system elements, framework, and affecting factor of the automobile reclaiming system; Secondly, the paper establishes the automobile reclaiming system model that is composed of supplier, manufacturer, service center, reclaiming service center etc. Finally, the crucial technology routes are resolved that the callback mode, network modeling and the performance appraisal, it can provide references for the automobile manufacturers.
