CYP11B2基因4/344T/C多态性与扩张型心肌病关联研究

摘要 目的研究CYP11B2基因4/344T/C多态性是否与汉族人扩张型心肌病关联。方法多聚酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术检测扩张型心肌病和健康对照组CYP11B2基因4/344T/C多态性,χ2检验比较各组基因型和等位基因频率。结果对照组TT、TC与CC基因型频率分别为49%、46%和5%,扩张型心肌病组TT、TC与CC基因型频率分别为49%、44%和7%,经χ2检验两组之间基因型分布差异无显著性(P>0.05)。对照组T、C等位基因频率分别为72%和28%,扩张型心肌病组T、C等位基因频率分别为71%和29%,经χ2检验两组之间等位基因分布差异亦无显著性(P>0.05)。结论本研究尚不支持CYP11B2基因4/344T/C多态性与汉族人扩张型心肌病存在关联。 Objective:To investigate whether the 4/344T/C polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene is associated with dilated cardiomyopathy in Han nationalities.Methods:4/344T/C polymorphism was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) in controls and patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Results:The frequencies of TT,TC and CC genotypes in Control and dilated cardiomyopathy group are 49%,46% and 5%,49%,44% and 7%,respectively.The frequencies of T and C allele in Control and dilated cardiomyopathy group are 72%and 28%,71%and 29%,respectively.No significant differences were found in genotype distribution or allele frequency between groups of control and dilated cardiomyopathy(P〉0.05).Conclusion:No relationship was found between the 4/344T/C polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene and dilated cardiomyopathy in Han nationalities.
