孕妇碱性磷酸酶、雌三醇、胎盘泌乳素联合测定的临床应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的检测不同孕周的正常孕妇和妊高征孕妇碱性磷酸酶、雌三醇、胎盘泌乳素的水平得出判断不同孕周胎盘功能的参考值范围和判断中晚期妊娠胎盘功能的最佳指标。方法本院孕前查体妇女150例,产科正常孕妇287例,孕35~39周妊高征53例,分组检测碱性磷酸酶、雌三醇、胎盘泌乳素的水平。结果孕妇血清碱性磷酸酶、雌三醇、胎盘泌乳素均随孕周的增加而增加,自孕25w各组之间、各组与孕前组之间均有显著差异(P均〈0.05)。结论通过对各组间结果进行统计学检验,碱性磷酸酶、雌三醇、胎盘泌乳素联合测定可作为判断中晚期妊娠胎盘功能的最佳指标,不同孕周碱性磷酸酶、雌三醇、胎盘泌乳素应采用不同的参考值范围。
