摘要 目的探讨弓形虫(Toxoplasmosis)感染与精子凋亡的关系。方法采用瑞-姬氏染色和末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶(TdT)介导的脱氧核苷酸原位末端标记法(TUNEL),对精浆抗弓形虫抗体(ATAb)检测阳性及阴性的男性精子进行凋亡率测定。结果弓形虫感染组中精子凋亡率明显高于弓形虫阴性组(P<0.05)。结论弓形虫感染可引起精子凋亡率升高,影响精子活率,为阐明弓形虫感染引起男性不育的机制提供了客观依据。 Objective:To evaluate the relationship between Toxoplasmosis infection and sperm apoptosis.Methods: Apoptotic spermatozoa were examined by Wright Giemasa staining and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate(dUTP)-biotin nick-end labeling(TUNEL) technique.To detect the apoptosis rate of spermatozoa of which culture for anti-toxoplasma antibody(ATAb)infection was positive or negative.Results: The rate of apoptotic spermatozoa wase significantly higher in the positive group of Toxoplasmosis infection than in the negative group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Toxoplasmosis infection may bring about elevation of apoptotic rate of spermatozoa and affect sperm motility,and it provides objective evidences for illustrating(explaining) the mechanism that cause male infertility.
