摘要
建立了600 MW发电机组直接空冷排汽管道内湿蒸汽两相流动和传热的数学模型.利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,对典型工况下汽轮机的排汽状况进行了数值模拟,对二维管道内湿蒸汽速度场、温度场和两相场进行了分析和研究.结果表明:在典型工况下,流经各蒸汽分配管的流量不均,压降不同,应进行结构的改进.
The mathematical model for two phase flow and heat transfer of wet steam in exhaust pipe for a 600 MW power generating unit with direct air cooling is established. Using the CFD software called FLUENT, the exhaust steam status under typical steam turbine conditions is simulated to analyze and study the wet steam's field of velocity, temperature and two-phase in two-dimensional, pipe. The results showed that the steam flows through each distribution pipe with different flow and pressure drop. The structure of exhaust pipe with distribution pipe shall be improved.
