摘要 利用文丘里洗涤器进行了脱除燃煤和燃油PM2.5颗粒的实验研究.研究了液气比R、蒸汽的添加以及微粒物化性质对脱除效率的影响.结果表明:PM2.5颗粒的脱除效率随液气比R的增大而增大;应用蒸汽相变预调节技术促使PM2.5颗粒凝结长大有助于提高脱除效率;在相同条件下,燃煤PM2.5颗粒的脱除效果优于燃油PM2.5颗粒. An experimental study on the removal of PM2.5 particles originated from coal and oil combustion was carried out with a venturi scrubber. The influence of factors such as the liquid to gas ratio R, the specific steam addition as well as the particles' physicochemical properties, on the removal efficiency, was investigated. Results indicate that the removal efficiency rises with increasing R, as well as with the application of steam heterogeneous condensation technology which cause PM2.5 particles to nucleate and grow. Under same conditions, the removal efficiency of PM2.5 from coal combustion is higher than that from oil combustion.
