摘要
研究了吸酸剂MgO和新型增塑剂G41对丙烯酸酯橡胶硫化行为和机械性能的影响。结果表明,这两种加工助剂均可降低丙烯酸酯橡胶15%的正硫化时间;增塑剂G41还可有效降低丙烯酸酯橡胶的门尼粘度和脆性温度,扩大加工和使用范围,对胶料机械性能影响较小。
The effect of MgO and plasticizer G41 on vulcanization behavior and mechanical performance of acrylic rubber was studied in this paper. The results showed that: the two assistants both can cut down optimun cure time by 15%. plasticizer G41 also can cut down the mooney viscosity and brittle temperature of acrylic rubber. So it extends the use and process scope of ACM, and it has few influence of mechanical performance of ACM.
