摘要
着重对灵芝中水溶性多糖含量进行测定，利用乙醇溶液和铜试剂分离出灵芝中具有葡聚糖结构的水溶性多糖，用苯酚-硫酸法对其含量进行测定。该方法操作简单，重现性好，其回收率在95．4％～110．8％之间，结果令人满意。
The determination of ganoderma polysaccharides was introduced in this paper, ethanol solution and cupron were used to separate the polysaccharides with the structure of dextran, phenol - sulfuric acid was used to determinate its contents. The operation of the method was simple, and its reappearance was good. The recovery rate was 95.4% - 110.8%. The result was satisfied.
