文拉法辛缓释剂与多塞平治疗广泛焦虑症的对比观察

A comparative study of Venlafaxine XR and Doxepine in therapy of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)

目的:比较文拉法辛缓释剂与多塞平治疗广泛焦虑症(GAD)的疗效与安全性。方法:将81例GAD患者随机分为文拉法辛组(42例)和多塞平组(39例),疗程4周。在治疗前和治疗后1、2、4周分别进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表、治疗时出现的症状量表评定疗效和不良反应。结果:文拉法辛与多塞平对GAD均有显著疗效,两组间无显著性差异。文拉法辛组不良反应明显小于多塞平组。结论:文拉法辛缓释剂治疗GAD安全有效,不良反应少。

Objective：To Compare the efficacy and safety of Venlafaxine XR and Doxepine in the treatment of GAD. Methods：81 patients with GAD were randomly divided into Venlafaxine group（n= 41 ）and Doxepine group（n= 39）. They were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMA and TESS before treatment and 1.2.4 wecks after treatment. Results： There were significant efficacy and no significant difference in Venlafaxine grioup and Doxepine group. The side effecte in Venlafaxine group were significant lower than those in Doxeplne group. Conclusions： Venlafaxine XR showed efficacy and safety in the treatment of GAD with lower side effects.
