Video-inspection System for Plastic Film Tape Production Line

针对传统的塑料食品包装封口带检测采用人工目测的方法,研究了一种封口带流水生产线视频监测系统。该系统通过选取最优监测区域,运用图象处理技术和ACE工具包的多线程技术,实现自适应定标和快速缺陷检测,并以语音和信息输出的方式进行报警。现场测试表明,该系统能满足对封口带质量检测要求,运行时稳定可靠。

A multithreading video-inspection system was designed for transparent plastic film tape production line to substitute traditional naked eye inspection. Image processing technologies were used to detect the defects of the film and to set adaptive calibration, A muhithreading processing in ACE kit was adopted to a- chieve real time inspection. A real-time voice alarm and an information export were designed for fault message report when defects occur. The reliability and accuracy of the proposed system was verified by experiments.
