摘要
针对塑料软包装承印材料塑料表面致密、光洁,表面自由能相对偏低,表面张力小,不易使油墨与溶剂所浸润,研究改良塑料承印物的印刷适性对印刷品质量的影响。在实验印刷条件下,对塑料表面采用电晕处理,利用测量仪器,对不同阶调样品的表面粗糙度、印刷密度、网点扩大、印刷墨斑和油墨接触角等进行质量检测,比较测量结果。
The surface of plastic in flexible packaging industry is hard and lubricious, its surface energy and surface tension is low. A printing ink will not adequately bond to this material. Influence of the printability of plastics on printed image quality was studied. Samples were treated by corona treatment in laboratory atmosphere; surface roughness, print density; dot gain; print mottling, and contact angle were detected. The results were compared.
