Improvement of the Interests Coordinating Mechanism:an Important Issue in Building a Socialist Harmonious Society

合理有效地协调处理各种利益群体间的利益冲突,是我们解决当前改革开放和现代化建设中一系列社会问题的重要课题。完善利益协调机制是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键所在,我们要不断建立和完善利益诉求机制、利益约束机制、利益调节机制、利益补偿机制、社会流动机制、社会控制机制和社会预警机制。

It is an important issue whether we could handle the conflicts of interests among different interests groups in a reasonable and effective way. It will help us to solve a series of existing social problems in our Reforms ＆ Openingup and the modernization process. Therefore, we will need to establish and improve the mechanisms on interests appeal, interests regulating, interests balancing, interests compensation, social mobility, social control and social prevention.
