摘要
由于碳纤维增强塑料(简称CFRP)具有重量轻、强度高、模量高、低膨胀系数和良好的耐疲劳性能,使得该材料在建筑结构加固中得到广泛应用.碳纤维片材自身的力学性能在加固混凝土结构效果上起着至关重要的作用.通过3组21个片材试样分别在常温、干湿50次、干湿100次作用下的试验研究,得出碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)在室温、干湿状态下的的抗拉强度、弹性模量、破坏延伸率等力学性能指标,分析不同状态下片材性能指标产生变化的原因.试验结果表明,干湿作用对CFRP的力学性能有一定的影响,对弹性模量和破坏延伸率的影响尤为明显.
Because of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) has light weight, high strength, high modulus, low coefficient of expansion and good property of resistance to tiredness, which make such material widely used in the architecture reinforce area. The mechanical property of CFRP is very important in reinforcing concrete structure. There are 21 slices CFRP in this study, they were divided into 3 group and subjected to normal atmospheric temperature,wet and dry for 50 times and wet and dry for 100 times. The tensile strength,elastic modulus and ultimate elongation of CFRP are gotten from this study. The text result indicated: The mechanical property of CFRP was influenced by the wet and dry environment, especially the elastic modulus and ultimate elongation.
