摘要
为甘露寡糖(MOS)在肉鸡生产中的应用提供依据,选用1日龄黄羽肉鸡400只,随机分为4组,对MOS在肉鸡日粮中替代黄霉素的可行性以及MOS的最佳添加量进行了试验。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组平均日增重分别提高2.11%、3.15%和1.24%,料重比分别降低2.14%、2.56%和0.85%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)添加MOS对血清中新城疫抗体效价影响不明显,与对照组相比,胸腺指数、脾脏指数和法氏囊指数,试验Ⅱ组分别提高26.02%、30.82%和16.87%,效果较好。添加适量的MOS替代黄霉素是可行的,且可以提高肉鸡的生产性能和免疫力,以添加1.0 g/kg MOS效果最佳。
400 broilers with 1d of age were tested by adding MOS in feed to study the feasibility of MOS for replacing flavomycin and the optimum adding amount.The results show that the average daily gain of groupⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased by 2.11%,3.15% and 1.24%(P〉0.05) compared to the control group and the ratio between feed and body weight decreases by 2.14%,2.56% and 0.85%(P〉0.05) compared to the control group respectively,there is no significant difference in serum antibody titer of new-castle disease virus(NDV) between the treatments and control group and the thymus,spleen and bursa of fabricius indexes of groupⅡincreases by 26.02%,30.82% and 16.87% compared to the control group respectively,which indicates that adding proper quantities of MOS is feasibility for replacing flavomycin and can improve growth and immunity of broilers.The optimum MOS quantity is 1.0 g/kg.
