HPLC法测定心脑康胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of salvianolic acid B in Xinnaokang capsule

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定心脑康胶囊中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法采用Kromasil色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水(10∶30∶1∶59)为流动相,检测波长为286nm。结果丹酚酸B在0.2502～2.502μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为1.00000,平均回收率为98.18%,RSD=0.7%。结论本法快速、简便、准确,重现性好,可作为控制心脑康胶囊质量的方法。

OBJECTIVE To determinate salvianolic acid B in Xinnaokang capsule by HPLC. METHODS Kromasil column was used with acetonitril-methanol-formic acid-water（ 10 ： 30 ： 1 ： 59 ） as mobile phase. Detection wavelength：286nm. RESULTS Good linearity of salvianolic acid B was obtained within the range of 0. 2502 2.502μg（r= 1.00000）, the average recovery was 98.18%,RSD：0.7% .CONCLUSION The method is rapid, simple, accutate, and the reapearance is good, and can be used for the drug control.
