微生物多糖的研究与应用

摘要 就微生物多糖的生物合成、提取与纯化、分子量测定、结构分析及其应用进行了综述,展望了微生物多糖开发利用的前景并提出了亟待解决的问题. Polysaccharides, produced from bacteria during its metabolization, not only can protect bacteria themselves. but can be applied in many different areas of industrial production and life. In this review the biosynthesis, separation and purification of microbial polysaccharides, and determination of molecular weight, structure analysis and applications are summarized. At the same time, the prospection of exploiting and utilizing microbial polysaccharides and the problem that must be solved are pointed out.
