摘要
采用文献、访谈、实验法,研究了大众健美操锻炼对女大学生心理和生理素质的影响.结果表明,健美操锻炼能使她们的身体围度减小,改变其形体特征;能促进人际交流,增强自信心,减少焦虑的产生,促进睡眠质量的提高;能使其下肢、腹肌力量、柔韧、灵敏和耐力等身体素质得到改进和提高.建议高校应设立多种健美操练习科目,定期举行大众健美操通级赛,或不同等级、不同性质的健美操赛,促进女大学生全面发展.
By using the literature, interview and experiment, the authors research the effect of callisthenics on the female college students' mental and physical quality. The result indicates that callisthenics lessen their girth, change the feature of their figures, promote their personal contact, increase their confidence, decrease their anxiety and improve their sleep quality it can and also improve their Strength of the lower limbs and stomach, flexility, sensitivity and patience, etc. The author also suggest tb.at the colleges and universities set various gymnastic exercises and hold the mass competition of callisthenics at each level or at different ranks and qualities to promote the all-around development of college students.
