摘要
对我国机车牵引齿轮润滑的现状进行了分析,根据铁路发展趋势,机车运行将呈现"高速、重载、全天候"的特点,提出了机车牵引齿轮润滑材料"低粘度、系列化、高性能化"的观点。同时,为了降低动力消耗,提高传动效率,提出在解决齿轮箱密封的基础上,多采用油润滑,少采用脂润滑的观点,从而达到节能的目的。并对目前存在的机车齿轮箱漏油问题提出了解决路线和措施。
The lubrication situation of locomotive traction gear in China is analyzed. The viewpoint is put forward, that lubricating materials for locomotive traction gear should be low viscosity, seriation and high performance to meet the development trend of the railroad and the working characteristics of locomotive, such as high speed running, heavy load carrying and all weather using. On the basis of solving the leak of gear case, oil lubrication is recommended rather than grease lubrication to decrease the dynamic consumption, increase the transmission efficiency and economize on energy. Meanwhile, some methods are also suggested to solve the leaking problems.
