摘要
介绍了糠醛抽出油的使用现状,结合克拉玛依石化公司糠醛抽出油的实际生产情况,重点分析了常三线、减二线糠醛抽出油的特性——单环芳烃和双环芳烃理想组分含量较高,但硫化物、氮化物等非理想组分含量也很高。为了利用单环芳烃和双环芳烃这些有效组分,本文提出了糠醛抽出油新的利用方向:采用加氢处理工艺来精制糠醛抽出油,其脱硫、脱氮及脱除多环芳烃的效果较好,得到的目的组分可以作为绝缘油和冷冻机油的组分,从而提高产品附加值。
The application status of furfural extract oil is introduced. According to the actual production situation of furfural extract oil in Karamay Petrochemical Company, the characteristics of AGO No.3 and VGO No.2 furfural extract oils are analyzed with emphasis. That is, the content of the ideal component as mononuclear aromatics and dicyclic aromatics is higher, but the content of nonideal component especially the sulfide and nitride is quite high as well. To make use of the effective component, the new utilization direction is pointed out that, the effect of sulfur removal, denitrifying and polycyclic aromatics removal is very well after refining furfural extract oil with hydrotreating process. And the needed component can be used as the component of insulating oil and refrigerator oil, with improved additional value of products.
