摘要
以摩擦化学中润滑油添加剂分子设计的思想为依据,设计合成了一种新型不含硫、磷的氮杂环化合物添加剂,通过元素分析、FT-IR、13C-NMR对其结构进行了表征,并考察了其对液体石蜡基础油的油溶性,再通过模拟台架试验初步考察了其摩擦学性能。结果表明:其具有较好的油溶性,能显著提高基础油的承载能力、降低工况的磨损和减小摩擦系数,有效提高基础油摩擦学性能。
Based on the thoughts of designing the molecules of lubricating oil addtives in tribochemistry, a kind of N - containing heterocyclic compounds without sulphur, phosphorus was prepared.The structure was characterized by elementary analysis, PT - IR and ^13C - NMR spectra data, and its compatibility with liquid paraffin was inspected by oil solubility test, then its aibological behaviors were investigated by simulating bench tests. The results showed that this additive has good oil solubility to liquid paraffin, and can obviously enhance the load - carrying capacity, antiwear and friction - reducing abilities of base stock.
