摘要
选用一级大豆油为原料,分析了3种包装材料和3种贮存条件对食用油质量的影响,结果表明:采用透明聚酯材料(PET)包装的食用植物油在阳光直射和灯光照射环境下,酸值和过氧化值变化最大,最佳的贮存条件应为避光保存。
The influences of three different storage conditions and three different kinds of packaging materials on stair soybean oils are analyzed. The results show that the acid value and the peroxide value of the oils change extremely in the transparent polyester under light and sunshine environment. So the best storage condition is the airtight environment away from light.
