Analyzing the Structure of China Chemical Industry in the 8th Five-Year Planand Views on Industry Restructure in the 9th Five-Year Plan

在分析化学工业“八五”产业结构的基础上，阐述了“九五”调整产业结构的指导思想、目标，应优先发展的产品，并提出了为达到调整目标应采取的措施即政策性建议。

Based on the analysis of China chemical industry structure in the 8th Five-Year Plan period,the principles,aim and priorities of industry restructure in the 9th FiveYear plan period are described in this paper.Some suggestions and measures that need to be taken are also put forward.
