摘要
目的本论文旨在研究常用中药材延胡索的质量控制方法，建立薄层扫描法测定延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量。方法采用双波长反射锯齿扫描，检测波长和参比波长分别为441nm和700nm。结果延胡索乙素在0．2～1．0g范围之间线性良好，平均加样回收率为98．95％，RSD为2．0％。结论上述方法准确，简便，重现性好，可用于延胡索的质量控制。
ObjeetiveA TLCS method was developed for determination of dl - Tetrahyropamative in Rhizoma Corydalis. MethodThe determination was carried out with reflection zigzag scanning at a dual wavelength. The detection wavelength was 410nm and reference wavelength was 700nm. ResultThe linear range was 0.2 - 1.0 ？ g. The average recovery was 98：95 % and RSDwas 2.0 %. ConclusionThe method is accurate, simple and can be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Corydalis.
