摘要
对宽凸缘薄壁不锈钢筒形件进行了成形工艺分析。采用的连续拉伸工艺,减少中间退火工序,大大提高生产效率;模具结构采用圆锥形凹模与平凹模相结合的方法,避免拉伸起皱和断裂现象。
Analyzed drawing technology of the wide-flange and thin-wall stainless steel cylinder -shape part. Adopted drawing progressive die, got rid of middle annealing process,enhanced production efficiency. Using circular cone concave die, escaped drawing crinkling and cracking.
