叙述了采用热挤压工艺生产连接套的特点,并对连接套热挤压工艺进行了工艺分析,计算了坯料尺寸及挤压力,介绍了毛坯的润滑处理方法及挤压模具结构设计。
Stated characteristics that produced connect bush using hot-extruding technology, and analyzed hot-extruding process of the connect bush, calculated blank size and extruding force, the lubricated method of blank and extruding die structure were introduced.
