Language is man＇ s most important tool of communication. People in different countries or areas learn each other＇s language to eommunicate, so the emergence ofBilingual Phenomena is inevitable. This paper analyzes the reasons resulting in Bilingual Phenomena from these social factors, including economy, culture, polities and migration of population etc, and discusses the tendency of development of Bilingual Phenomena.
